This semester we have 17 students at ETC Silicon Valley, working on two teams. "Megalodon" is the largest team we've had yet, with 11 students on it. They are working on a project for Electronic Arts. Without giving away too much, they are developing a multiplayer game using an internally developed game engine at EA [...]
Each semester I take team photos of our students at the beginning and end of the term. It's fun to do, the students need the photos for their project websites, and there is always a fun creative challenge to do something that is relevant to their project. Five Sided Square "Five Sided Square" [...]

'After' photos for the ETC website. Our students all survived the semester, and they look pretty happy. Shot in a lobby at EA with a big empty wall and white ceiling to bounce the flash off of.
Shot for our ETC website - five of our CMU-ETC students after giving a presentation about their summer internships. I started shooting before everyone was 'posed', which which got everyone much more comfortable and helped them show some real personality.

Summer Vacation is officially over. Today was our first day of the fall semester for our remote outpost of Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Center, or ETC-SV (for Silicon Valley).
