Cowboy Cookout

After Yellowstone we headed south to visit the Grand Tetons and environs for a couple of days. We stayed at a decommissioned KOA with an incredible view of the Tetons to the west. It's only about 10 minutes from Grand Teton National Park, and moments away from some good cowboy fun.

Rib-eyes!
We went out for a Cowboy Cookout, a common event here in the wild west. You get to ride in a covered wagon, eat rib-eye steaks, do some dancin' in a field (ha! no photos!), and talk it up with real cowboys. We got an earful about the wolves and the damage they do to the ranchers from people who live it firsthand.
The wagons
There were two wagons pulled by Amish horses. At least they used to be Amish until these guys bought them.
Leather and Lace
Proof of their non-Amishness is that the owners changed the names of these two  from Maude and Molly to Leather and Lace.
